Payment Options

Cash, Personal or Business Check, or Traveler's Checks.  We do not accept credit or debit cards.  US Funds Only.

Sellers

Commission is 10% on animals or birds and 20% on miscellaneous items.  

There is a PO Fee of 3% of the last bid, and the seller is responsible for being present at the time of sale to announce the PO.

Checks for items/animals will not be available for pickup until after 3pm on Saturday, ONLY if all items/animals have sold.  Checks may also be picked up Sunday or we can mail them to you.  If other arrangements need to be made please let the office know.  To pick up a check you will need your pink copy of the check in sheet and a valid form of identification.

It is the sellers responsibility to ensure all tests and permits are completed prior to bringing birds and other livestock.  For any questions call (830) 864-4538 or contact the Texas Animal Health Commission 1-800-550-8242.

Buyers

Every animal is sold per head and ALL SALES ARE FINAL! Buyers assume the responsibility of understanding the terms of the sale before you bid on anything.  If you have any questions, ask the Auctioneer prior to the sale of the item/animal.

Animals must be paid for PRIOR to loading the animals and removing them from the premises.  No one is allowed in the alley to load their own animals and you must have a copy of your load out sheet and proof of payment before you will be loaded.

Prior to leaving the premises VERIFY that all animals are loaded on your trailer. We are not responsible for animals left behind or incorrect head counts after your trailer leaves the property.

If more than one load is necessary discuss this with the office prior to leaving. We will update your load out information accordingly.

Any miscellaneous item is your responsibility to pick up after the sale is final.  We are not responsible for lost, stolen, or broken items.

All miscellaneous items are subject to sales tax.  If you are tax exempt we will need a copy of your tax identification paperwork.

No guarantee against sickness, accident, or death.  We act as agents only.  Removal shall be at the expense, liability, and risk of the purchaser.  The purchaser of this property certifies that they will assume liability for the payment of any tax that may be due if this transaction is not exempt from such tax.
